Owns the design and operation of scalable talent programs and employee lifecycle systems across recruiting, onboarding, performance, career development, engagement, and offboarding. Builds manager self-service tools, AI-enabled workflows, talent dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and intervention signals. Partners with People leadership, HRBPs, recruiters, and managers to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and lifecycle experiences as a principal-level individual contributor.

Owns end-to-end federal platform deployment and DHS/CBP Authority to Operate authorization. Responsibilities include integrated planning, contract milestones, hosting-model decisions, NIST RMF documentation, assessor coordination, privacy and accessibility compliance, personnel security, government stakeholder management, risk tracking, and post-ATO monitoring. The role requires translating CBP mission workflows into technical delivery plans, maintaining accountability across internal teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders, and producing clear authorization and executive documentation.

Manage customer success for Japanese enterprise clients by driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a bilingual Japanese-English advisor, integrate solutions into client workflows, conduct training and QBRs, demonstrate ROI, manage escalations, and provide Japan-specific feedback to internal teams. The role requires expertise in commercial risk intelligence, supply chain transparency, compliance, TPRM, corporate ownership data, and Japanese enterprise stakeholder management. Travel within Japan and APAC may reach 15%.
