Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for embedding with strategic clients, understanding mission-critical challenges, and designing and deploying production-grade technical solutions. Duties include building Python applications, SQL queries, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML prototypes, and cloud integrations; leading technical workshops and deployments; advising senior stakeholders; debugging systems; and translating client feedback into scalable product improvements.

Own renewals and strategic account growth for UK Government customers, including a multimillion-pound trade integrity and border security programme. Develop proactive account strategies, advise users on Sayari’s data platform, demonstrate customer value, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Product teams. Support investigations involving forced labour, illicit transshipment, supply chain risk, and economic security while influencing the government business unit product roadmap.

Own and grow a book of enterprise accounts in Japan: develop strategic account plans, drive product adoption, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, generate customer advocacy and referrals, provide market intelligence, and travel up to 25%.
