Responsibilities include client retention, referrals, platform and product education, due-diligence support, issue resolution, seminars, and collaboration with trading and technology teams. The role requires Polish and English fluency, financial markets knowledge, and willingness to relocate to Prague.

Processes voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, including client notifications, elections, event processing, reconciliations, and deadline-driven controls. Communicates with clients, custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders while following SOPs and control frameworks. Serves as a subject matter expert and supports multiple post-trade processes with accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
