Lead full-scope finance and accounting for a growing hospitality startup: oversee cafe and HQ accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, investor/board reporting, partner unit-economics, and financial systems. Build processes and a scalable accounting team, support capital strategy and fundraising, and translate operational data into strategic financial recommendations.

Run a recurring partner marketing production system: content calendar, conference lifecycle, partner announcements, campaign and collateral production, and reporting that links activity to pipeline. Surface partner opportunities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, use AI-supported workflows for research and drafting, and manage event follow-ups and HubSpot logging. Measured on consistent cadence, LinkedIn performance, and traceable pipeline movement.
