Surface partner opportunities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, use AI-supported workflows for research and drafting, and manage event follow-ups and HubSpot logging. Lead and scale Saxbys IT to support multi-unit growth and new cafe openings. Own IT strategy, vendor management, infrastructure, POS and cafe technology deployment, security and compliance (PCI/CCPA), AI tool administration, data architecture, and a small internal IT team to ensure uptime and reliable operations.

Develop, maintain, and update multimodal cafe training and compliance content; administer the Experiential Learning Platform (ELP) including enrollments, grading, and reporting; analyze surveys to improve learning; partner with Operations and Directors to align training with procedures; support HQ learning initiatives and LMS administration.
