Own cafe operational procedures, systems, SOPs, POS implementation, AI tools, and workflow automations. Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis, guest recovery, quality assurance, training, and student leadership development. Partner cross-functionally to standardize processes, improve cafe efficiency, and support training outcomes across the organization. The role requires hospitality or foodservice operations experience, up to 25% travel, and the ability to perform physical cafe-related duties.
