Oversees engagement teams, client presentations, proposals, budgets, practice processes, and business development while ensuring deadline-driven deliverables and staff development.

Supports audits, compilations, reviews, and tax return preparation for business and individual clients. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, communicating with clients, performing audit procedures, preparing basic tax returns, applying accounting and tax knowledge, managing budgets and deadlines, and developing professional and technical skills toward CPA certification.
