Provides administrative and project coordination support to production leadership, including scheduling, calendar and deadline tracking, meeting coordination, document preparation, staffing bandwidth tracking, and office operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. This primarily in-office position may require occasional weekends or late nights.

The Graphic Designer/2D Artist will create 2D graphics and UI for digital platforms, collaborate with teams, and contribute to brand identity.

Support creator casting across sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management. Build casting decks, track budgets/contracts/usage rights, coordinate with production and creative teams, maintain talent databases, and troubleshoot talent-related issues across multiple concurrent branded-content campaigns.
