Own partner-reported production issues from triage through resolution, investigating application logs, API traffic, databases, and integrations. Communicate status to financial institution partners, monitor live systems, improve alerts and dashboards, and collaborate with Engineering and Product on bugs and permanent fixes. Create runbooks, knowledge articles, automation, and monitoring improvements while handling regulated financial data and multiple priorities.

Manage a distributed solution configuration team supporting multiple partner implementations. Responsibilities include team leadership, capacity planning, workload allocation, implementation scheduling, risk and dependency management, performance reporting, process improvement, documentation, and Jira and Confluence administration. The role coordinates with Implementation, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure accurate configuration delivery and partner go-live timelines.

Leads fintech privacy, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Advises product, engineering, business, and executive teams on privacy and AI regulations; develops governance policies and compliance playbooks; drafts privacy policies and terms; negotiates technology and vendor agreements; evaluates data practices; monitors regulatory changes; manages outside counsel; and supports security, commercial, and operational legal matters.
