The Manager, Strategic Growth will lead a remote team of Strategic Growth Associates focused on recruiting financial advisors. Responsibilities include team management, optimization of recruitment strategies, and working with leadership to enhance the sales cycle.

Lead design and delivery of complex product and platform features, establish engineering patterns, drive architecture and system design, mentor engineers, apply AI tooling to accelerate development, partner with Product/Design, and work with customers to inform building decisions.

The Senior Product Designer leads the end-to-end client experience design, creating intuitive financial interfaces, optimizing for service and using AI to enhance products through research and collaboration.
