Lead three engineering teams to deliver product and platform work where AI meets fiduciary advice. Own delivery health, coach and grow engineers, drive hiring, review complex code and architecture, champion AI tooling, and partner with Product and Design to de-risk ambiguous projects while managing a hybrid NYC in-person and LATAM remote team.

Manage end-to-end advisor transitions onto Savvy's platform: prepare and validate paperwork, run data validation, coordinate with custodians/vendors/internal teams, communicate with advisors, monitor progress, and improve transition processes to scale operations.
