The role carries quota, involves $200K–$1M+ ARR deals, and requires influencing senior decision-makers through significant business transitions.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. Build outbound pipelines, conduct structured screens, manage interview processes, partner with hiring managers, support compensation and closing conversations, track recruiting KPIs, maintain ATS data quality, and contribute to sourcing, employer branding, referrals, interviewing, and process-improvement initiatives.

Build Savvy’s People Business Partner function by advising leaders on performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, and manager development. Diagnose organizational risks using employee feedback and people data, coach managers through difficult situations, support reorganizations and leadership transitions, and drive consistent execution of core People programs in a fast-growing fintech environment.
