The SDR will perform outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn to identify decision-makers, generate qualified appointments, maintain CRM records, and continuously improve sales skills through feedback and call reviews.

Own and manage a portfolio of US-based client accounts, proactively monitor health KPIs, run strategic business reviews, drive onboarding and adoption, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain CRM integrity in HubSpot and Monday.com.

Produce CNC-ready Mozaik projects and manufacturing files for custom cabinetry. Identify and resolve construction conflicts digitally, optimize layouts for CNC efficiency, translate joinery, hardware and machining details into clean production files, and maintain organized nested/file data for seamless shop processing.
