As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you'll ensure the stability and performance of Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud, troubleshoot issues, manage service requests, and collaborate with teams to optimize processes in a dynamic cloud environment.

Lead intake, scoping, and delivery of RevOps and Salesforce initiatives. Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage mid-sized projects end-to-end, ensure data integrity across systems, identify process improvements, prioritize requests, and act as primary stakeholder contact to drive scalable, maintainable revenue operations solutions.

Lead technical sales efforts for Saviynts identity and access governance solutions: perform technical discovery, deliver demos/POCs, respond to RFx, collaborate with sales and product teams, mentor engineers, and drive opportunities to close with up to 40% domestic travel.
