Processes sales orders, validates customer and billing details, creates and submits invoices, resolves billing discrepancies, supports customer inquiries, maintains documentation and controls, and assists with month-end and quarter-end billing activities. The role also identifies process improvements and collaborates across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Collections, and customer-facing teams.

Oversee SaaS billing operations across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including sales order review, invoice creation, billing reconciliations, tax and contractual compliance, tracker maintenance, close support, revenue analysis, dispute resolution, and audit documentation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Collections, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve billing processes, controls, automation, and operational efficiency.

Supports accounts receivable operations, including customer billing inquiries, collections, invoice and payment processing, cash application, reconciliations, account maintenance, month-end close, aging analysis, and AR reporting. Collaborates with Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Customer Success, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies, reduce aged receivables, safeguard cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
