Teams at Saviynt

Lead technical sales efforts for Saviynts identity and access governance solutions: perform technical discovery, deliver demos/POCs, respond to RFx, collaborate with sales and product teams, mentor engineers, and drive opportunities to close with up to 40% domestic travel.

Provide technical support for IAM and CPAM services by troubleshooting customer incidents, system alerts, integrations, and break-fix issues. Perform root cause analysis, resolve tickets within service levels, communicate solutions to customers, create knowledge articles and standard operating procedures, and collaborate with internal labs teams. The role requires experience implementing and configuring IAM tools, database operations, scripting, web services, operating systems, SSO integrations, and customer support.

Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for APIs, web interfaces, backend services, and cloud systems. Develop functional, regression, performance, security, and resiliency tests; integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines; improve test coverage, stability, observability, and release confidence. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test creation and diagnostics, collaborate with Engineering and SRE, contribute to automation strategy, and mentor teammates.
