Supervise and lead a department in-store, coaching team members, ensuring operational, food and health safety standards, driving sales and merchandising, analyzing financial and HR metrics, managing inventory counts, and performing hands-on duties including lifting and long periods of standing.

Provide pharmacy services under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, support patient-centred care, assist customers with medications and pharmacy operations while enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program.

Receive and process prescriptions and refill requests, enter patient and prescription data, manage inventory (ordering, receiving, returns, expiry checks), communicate billing/allergy information to the pharmacist, and follow merchandising and operational procedures.
