Provide pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision, assist with patient-centred medication care, and collaborate with residential care teams. Receive prescriptions and refill requests; enter patient and prescription information into the computer; manage ordering, receiving, returns, inventory and expiry checks; follow merchandising and operational procedures; communicate allergy, interaction, and billing details to the pharmacist; provide customer service.
