Leads Thrive’s centralized inside sales and inbound lead response organization, including team building, sales strategy, customer retention, quality standards, contact center technology, analytics, and branch partnerships. Establishes scalable inbound and outbound processes, improves conversion and customer experience, oversees compliance, develops leaders, and presents performance insights to executives. The role builds shared customer-facing functions across multiple brands and supports integration of acquired businesses.

Leads branch operations, logistics, staffing, equipment management, safety, employee development, financial reporting, and process improvement. The role oversees field personnel, inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, profitability, and compliance while fostering high-quality tree, shrub, and lawn care services. Requires management experience, strong leadership and organization, a valid U.S. driver's license, work authorization, and willingness to obtain required commercial pesticide licensing within one year.
