Performs professional tree care services including pruning, removals, cabling, climbing, aerial rescues, and equipment operation. Ensures safe work practices using ANSI standards, identifies hazards, communicates with crews and clients, and supports team leadership. The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, frequent lifting, climbing, chainsaw and aerial lift experience, and knowledge of tree species and proper pruning techniques.

Climbs and prunes large shade trees and ornamental trees, performs removals and cable bracing, and operates chainsaws, equipment, and aerial lifts. The role requires applying tree-care safety standards, identifying tree and shrub species, working safely at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with a service team. Candidates need climbing and tree-care experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States.
