Manages sales and installation quotas across the TOLA region by developing integrator relationships, recruiting qualified customers, forecasting projects, driving product adoption, and expanding market share. Provides product training, system design support, technical escalation coordination, and customer referrals. Represents Savant at industry events, supports product testing, promotes the brand, and executes territory plans aligned with regional business priorities.

Performs manufacturing, light assembly, packaging, inventory organization, and shipment preparation for motorized shading products. Builds wooden pallets and boxes, cuts cardboard, sorts materials, maintains tools and work areas, monitors inventory, and meets production deadlines. The role requires safe, detail-oriented craftsmanship, physical stamina, basic measurement skills, and the ability to use power and pneumatic tools in a repetitive, labor-intensive environment.

Drive regional professional sales by developing integrator channels, recruiting customers, providing product training, qualifying leads, supporting system design and technical escalations, promoting Savant products at events, and meeting revenue and installation quotas.
