Support development, maintenance, testing, and deployment of web-based applications for a Department of Transportation program. Work with senior developers and stakeholders to produce secure, well-documented code, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and support integrations via REST APIs.

Process and track FOIA requests: receive, review, search for responsive records, apply exemptions, prepare correspondence, maintain case files and metrics, handle PII, and escalate issues to senior staff to ensure timely, compliant responses.

The Quality & Training Manager will manage quality assurance and training programs, ensuring compliance with government standards while driving performance improvements across teams.
