Leads federal IT governance, enterprise architecture, CPIC, PPBE, portfolio management, and IT financial-management activities. Aligns mission strategy, architecture, investments, budgets, acquisition plans, and performance. Evaluates IT investments, develops roadmaps and architecture artifacts, analyzes cost and risk, supports federal reporting, facilitates governance boards, and prepares executive briefings and recommendations. Provides technical leadership and mentors junior staff.

Develop and maintain low-code applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365. Gather business requirements, analyze processes, configure SharePoint, document solutions, support testing and deployment, and contribute to governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management. Collaborate with program leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders to modernize operations and improve service delivery.

Support design and implementation of a federal records management program: define requirements, develop policies and procedures, manage inventories, file plans, and dispositions, configure electronic controls, coordinate paper records facilities, train liaisons, and create communications and training to sustain compliance.
