Own and build Sauna’s product experience across web and other interfaces, with a frontend-focused full-stack role. Design and ship delegation, memory, routines, collaboration, onboarding, billing, and high-performance local-first features. Work across interaction design, React architecture, APIs, database migrations, analytics, realtime systems, caching, and optimistic updates. Candidates should independently turn rough ideas into polished products, iterate from feedback, and care deeply about usability, performance, and craft.

Own the technical systems supporting customer acquisition and growth, including conversion tracking, attribution, integrations, funnel experiments, analytics, and internal automation. Build website experiences in TypeScript and React, analyze funnels and cohorts with SQL and PostHog, reconcile marketing and billing data, and run statistically sound experiments. Partner with marketing and product teams, maintain reliable event instrumentation, document decisions, test releases, and monitor production systems.

Film the founder and office daily, back up and organize footage, edit videos rapidly, write captions, create hooks, resize content, and publish five weekly pieces across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Maintain a searchable media library, convert concepts into shot lists, manage an AI-assisted production pipeline, and support the Creative Director with capture and first cuts while maintaining quality and consistency.
