Early-stage AI startup seeking an ex-YC founder to join a 15-person team in San Francisco full-time. Role is flexible (engineering, product, or growth), requires hands-on startup experience, willingness to wear multiple hats, strong enthusiasm for AI agents, and commitment to work from the Presidio office five days a week. US work authorization required; O-1 or J-1 sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates.

Design end-to-end, multi-platform experiences for AI agent creation and collaboration. Develop interaction patterns, design systems, prototypes using real AI models, and motion/micro-interactions. Partner with engineering, conduct user research, validate designs with prototypes, and influence product strategy to make complex AI capabilities feel intuitive and delightful.

Own and ship polished, high-performance frontend interfaces for a complex web app. Prototype, make product/design decisions, implement UI, and collaborate on full-stack features. Optimize state management, caching, and UX details, and participate in a paid in-person work trial.
