Own and ship polished, high-performance frontend interfaces for a complex web app. Prototype, make product/design decisions, implement UI, and collaborate on full-stack features. Optimize state management, caching, and UX details, and participate in a paid in-person work trial.

Design end-to-end, multi-platform experiences for AI agent creation and collaboration. Develop interaction patterns, design systems, prototypes using real AI models, and motion/micro-interactions. Partner with engineering, conduct user research, validate designs with prototypes, and influence product strategy to make complex AI capabilities feel intuitive and delightful.

Seeking former founders or product leaders to join full-time in-person at the San Francisco Presidio office. Ideal candidates raised >$5M, reached $500k+ ARR, or were the main person shipping a standout product. Role is flexible across engineering, product, or growth; scope will be built around strengths. Candidates must be Bay Area–based or willing to relocate, have US work authorization (O-1/J-1 sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates), and be able to propose what they'd own in the first 90 days.
