Owns growth and profitability for Publix and Southeast regional grocery accounts. Responsibilities include customer strategy, account planning, trade and promotional management, broker leadership, category insights, forecasting, retail execution, pricing, deductions resolution, and cross-functional business planning. The role requires Publix experience, 5–7 years of CPG grocery account management, strong analytical and presentation skills, and 50% travel including overnight stays.

Manages national foodservice and away-from-home accounts to achieve sales, volume, profit, distribution, and brand-growth objectives. Leads account planning, forecasting, trade spending, promotional execution, customer relationship development, new account acquisition, broker management, and cross-functional delivery coordination. Uses customer and category insights to develop solutions, negotiate pricing, expand branded product placements, and communicate business updates to leadership. Requires extensive travel and collaboration with customers, distributors, marketing, culinary, supply chain, credit, and internal teams.

Leads plant HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, engagement, compliance, HRIS administration, leave management, timekeeping, investigations, and safety initiatives. Partners with plant leadership, supports hourly shift-based employees, drives retention and internal promotion goals, and supervises an HR Coordinator. Requires manufacturing HR experience, employment-law knowledge, HR technology proficiency, and approximately 5% travel.
