Develop and manage production plans balancing customer demand, inventory, materials, capacity, labor, and manufacturing priorities. Analyze MRP outputs, schedules, exceptions, and KPIs; optimize safety stock, lot sizes, lead times, and planning parameters. Maintain master data, coordinate downtime and product changes, resolve execution risks, and collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, sales, IT, and fulfillment teams. Support continuous improvement through analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and process optimization.

Supports manufacturing process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for furniture production. Responsibilities include developing routings, rates, work instructions, bills of materials, layouts, fixtures, SOPs, and technical documentation; supporting new product launches; training production staff; investigating root causes; improving cycle times and reducing waste; and resolving production quality and process issues in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders and employees, supporting workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, compliance, leave administration, and disciplinary processes. Maintains HR records and recruiting metrics, coaches managers on policies and workplace concerns, supports regulatory compliance, approves time and attendance, and assists with HR initiatives across operational and manufacturing environments.
