Supports sales leadership, customer service, and territory managers by coordinating sales development, quoting, territory transitions, training, CRM updates, competitive research, events, product launches, and customer support. The role provides field and event assistance, supports RFPs and bids, maintains sales tools, helps manage open territories, and travels up to 35% for training, sales calls, product evaluations, deliveries, and installations.

Sell Sauder Education residence hall furniture to colleges and universities across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Develop relationships with higher education decision-makers, architects, designers, and dealers; manage territory pipelines, quotes, forecasts, and CRM records; demonstrate and transport furniture; facilitate installations; and grow market share through long-term account development. The role requires frequent territory travel, furniture handling, strong organization, persistent relationship-building, and at least five years of successful sales experience.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, compliance, leave administration, and disciplinary processes. Manages full-cycle recruiting and maintains HR records and employment data while coaching managers and employees on policies and workplace concerns. This full-time role is on-site with approximately 5% travel and supports operations in a manufacturing environment.
