Build pipeline among multi-unit restaurant groups across New York, the Northeast, and Greater Miami; sell to C-suite operators; attend industry events; monitor restaurant technology trends; and provide customer insights to product and onboarding teams.

Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer across global functions and seniority levels. Build outbound talent pipelines, manage stakeholders and vendors, maintain ATS reporting, and use AI workflows. Support People Operations through employee lifecycle administration, HRIS and ATS management, onboarding, offboarding, equipment, engagement programs, employment structures, and policy compliance across distributed international teams.

Lead end-to-end AI product development: design, build, deploy, and iterate AI-native features (agents, RAG, tool-use). Own full stack (frontend, backend, data, model integration), establish feedback loops (evals, telemetry), partner with product and operations, and make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions to deliver production-quality AI features for restaurant operations.
