Responsibilities include researching Acts, regulations, policies, and precedents; analyzing legal gaps and reform opportunities; conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis; preparing data-driven reports; presenting insights; and engaging government and project stakeholders. The role requires ownership of legal review workstreams, collaboration with consulting teams, and development of actionable regulatory recommendations.

Leads monitoring, evaluation, and learning engagements for philanthropic and social impact clients. Responsibilities include designing MEL frameworks, theories of change, research and evaluation studies, indicators, data collection tools, and actionable recommendations. The Consultant manages project plans and workstreams, conducts primary and secondary research, supports program strategy and implementation, leads small teams, coaches junior staff, engages senior stakeholders, and identifies program risks and design gaps. Fieldwork and travel to remote locations are required.
