Designs and integrates systems solutions end-to-end, translating business requirements to technical designs. Performs architecture design, gap analysis, testing, implementation, validation, and transition to support. Coordinates with project, architecture, engineering, deployment, and operations teams and forecasts engineering resource needs.

Design, build, configure, document and support network and security connectivity for critical projects using Cisco, F5, A10, Juniper and Brocade equipment. Perform protocol-level troubleshooting, monitoring, firewall/load‑balancer administration, IDS/IPS and DDoS mitigation. Support Linux/Windows/VMware environments and create automation/scripting where applicable.

Administer and expand Hadoop infrastructure: provision clusters, manage HDFS, Hive, Pig, MapReduce, YARN; perform performance tuning, capacity planning, security (Kerberos), logging, and integrations; collaborate with systems and data teams; support user setup and lifecycle.

Provide change management consulting using structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci): assess organizational impact, develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, design training and communications, and support adoption across projects.

Manage ATM deployment processes and escalations, coordinate cross-functional vendors and teams, develop implementation plans and test scripts, track and resolve process breakdowns, measure call/operational metrics, and communicate deployment status and trends to leadership.

Perform business systems and quality analysis tasks, support project and configuration management, receive in-house BA/QA training, adapt to new technologies, communicate with stakeholders, and be willing to relocate for assignments.

Design and implement Android client solutions following product strategy and engineering best practices. Collaborate with engineers, UX, QA, and product; participate in agile ceremonies; mentor juniors; advocate Android platform; stay current with Android tools and libraries; deliver high-quality, high-performance customer experiences across phone, tablet, and Wear.

Design and prototype user experiences by creating wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and prototypes. Conduct user-centered research and testing, iterate on designs, solve usability and accessibility issues, and collaborate with stakeholders and distributed teams to deliver responsive, mobile-first digital product solutions.

Perform daily/weekly reconciliations and account analyses for Wholesale Vehicle and Revolving Credit Line products, process customer and dealer adjustments, prepare NTL funding and month/quarter-end journal entries, run host system queries, resolve discrepancies with DSSOs, maintain process documentation, and support process improvement and project initiatives.
