Design, implement, and test security controls for endpoints, identity, network and infrastructure. Lead end-to-end design, implementation, validation, and maintenance of satellite RF and communications systems for flight and ground segments. Perform link budgets, simulations, RF performance modeling, lab testing and troubleshooting, support RF board and antenna integration, provide technical leadership to operations teams, and collaborate across disciplines to improve processes.

Support definition, analysis, and validation of satellite power subsystem requirements and architectures. Perform power budget and energy balance analyses, collaborate across disciplines, develop and execute test plans (environmental and functional), and assist operations with telemetry analysis and on-orbit anomaly resolution.

Lead global end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and reporting. Own ATS and recruitment workflows, create dashboards, improve processes, support talent programs, university recruiting and employer branding, and partner with People and business leaders to scale recruiting operations and candidate experience.

Develop end-to-end product features for the Aleph platform: design data models and APIs, build responsive React/TypeScript UIs with geospatial visualizations, implement event-driven data flows, ensure test coverage and observability, and contribute to CI/CD and Terraform-based infrastructure.

Design, document, and validate electronic hardware and harnesses for satellites. Develop tests and validation procedures, review PCBs for manufacturability and space qualification, liaise with manufacturers, and propose design improvements and guidelines.

Lead physical and electrical integration and V&V of satellite electronic subsystems in a high-complexity manufacturing environment. Plan and execute environmental and functional tests, perform hardware fault-finding and repair, document NCRs and test reports, support engineering change control, create SOPs and routing sheets, and develop ground support equipment and process improvements to enable scalable production.

Monitor and maintain an Earth-observation satellite constellation: develop monitoring and automation tools, perform real-time and offline health checks, diagnose and resolve incidents, execute maintenance and in-orbit experiments, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and document procedures to maximize fleet availability.

Lead optical payload subsystem design and verification: define and manage payload requirements and technical budgets (SNR, MTF, radiometry), perform optoelectronics trade studies, create verification and AIT plans, oversee manufacture and integration, support operations, and manage anomalies and NCRs while interfacing with cross-disciplinary teams.

Serve as the on-site HR partner for Satellogic9s Uruguay production site, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Provide employee relations, performance management, compliance with Uruguayan labor law, HR operations, learning coordination, and local delivery of global People programs while partnering with production leadership to build capability and a positive culture.

Lead architecture and implementation of cloud-native and on-prem image processing development pipelines. Design and govern the SDLC, build CI/CD and automated testing, optimize delivery velocity, mentor engineers, and develop core platform components to support scalable scientific workflows.

Lead integration, verification, and validation of optomechanical payloads and subsystems. Plan and execute environmental and functional tests (TVAC, vibration), perform root-cause analysis, document test results and NCRs, drive design-for-manufacturing, create SOPs and MGSE/EGSE, and support continuous improvement between R&D and production.
