Administer the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employment changes, compliance tracking, probation reviews, performance milestones, and confidential HR records. Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, Payroll, IT, Security, Facilities, and Finance. Maintain HR systems, prepare documentation, support audits, and improve templates and processes while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely service delivery.

Supports financial reporting for management, the Board, and executive committees. Prepares month-end journals, reconciliations, statutory reports, budgets, and financial statements while maintaining general ledger integrity and internal controls. Provides accounting advice, financial analysis, audit support, and stakeholder guidance. The role also improves reporting processes, manages finance deliverables, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and disclosure requirements.

Performs manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and user acceptance testing. Develops test cases, automation frameworks, and scripts using Cypress and TypeScript or JavaScript; tracks defects, analyzes results, and supports CI/CD integration. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, improves QA processes, tests complex integrated systems, and mentors junior QA members. May also support API, database, performance, security, mobile, accessibility, and cloud testing.
