Provides front-desk reception, clerical administration, customer service, call and email handling, mail and package distribution, office supply management, recordkeeping, expense monitoring, and general office support. The role also maintains a professional reception area, handles requests and complaints, prepares correspondence, coordinates schedules or travel, and responds to emergencies.

Lead Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance, develop quality strategies, and improve processes.
