Supports quality transformation and digitalization projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and KPI dashboards. Analyzes quality performance data, prepares management updates, maps processes, and contributes to standardized ways of working, change management, and communications. Collaborates with global Quality, Operations, and IT stakeholders to coordinate actions and track progress.

Design, document, optimize, and improve operational processes supporting technical quotations, manufacturing, shipping, and customer solutions. Responsibilities include preparing process and functional design documents, evaluating systems and equipment, calculating costs, establishing best practices, and supporting customer site acceptance testing and technical troubleshooting. The role requires bio/chemical engineering knowledge, analytical ability, quality-system awareness, and occasional travel.

Leads enterprise AI and automation strategy, governance, platform scaling, reusable AI services, production deployment, and high-value use-case prioritization. Advises senior leaders, aligns business and technology stakeholders, establishes responsible AI frameworks, and develops operating models that drive adoption, productivity, and business value. The role also monitors emerging technologies and translates complex technical developments into strategic recommendations.
