Lead cross-functional teams through service development, launch, growth, optimization, and discontinuation while monitoring revenue, profitability, pipeline, utilization, demand, and delivery performance. Partner with sales, marketing, product development, operations, finance, customers, and industry stakeholders in a globally matrixed environment.

Manage commercial master data lifecycle and quality across systems: create/update records, run quality checks, document issues, assess downstream impact, and guide commercial users to ensure consistent, reliable data for commercial execution.
