Lead product ownership for a B2B fintech lending platform: manage backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, define roadmaps and MVPs, collaborate with engineering/design/compliance, validate solutions, analyze usage and customer feedback, and ensure regulatory requirements are built into products.

Support product development by gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, assisting backlog prioritization, participating in sprints, UAT, and product discovery, collaborating with stakeholders and dev/UX teams, and monitoring product performance to recommend improvements.

Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, owning issue resolution from report to fix. Troubleshoot code-level issues, reproduce defects, run SQL/NoSQL investigations, use monitoring tools, manage incidents, and translate technical findings into business-friendly updates while collaborating with Product, QA, and Engineering.
