The Customer Success Engineer serves as the technical liaison between clients and engineering teams, managing client relationships and resolving technical issues effectively.

Lead product backlog, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of investment platform features. Translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, drive integrations with external financial institutions, analyze workflows for automation, and ensure solutions meet financial industry standards.

One-month hybrid AI internship for undergraduate students to work on agentic AI, predictive modeling, RAG systems, and ML-driven business solutions. Interns will design, prototype, and implement AI features, use common ML libraries and generative AI tools, and present results to an evaluation committee.
