Own new business sales for Sardine’s crypto vertical, targeting exchanges, wallets, custodians, on/off-ramps, stablecoin issuers, and blockchain ecosystems. Build pipeline through conferences and industry relationships, lead multi-stakeholder discovery, position integrated fraud and compliance solutions, and structure and close complex multi-module platform deals. The role requires crypto-specific buyer relationships, fluency in AML, KYC/KYB, and sanctions, collaboration with executives and Solutions Engineering, and frequent travel to conferences and client sites.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts for a fraud, payments, and compliance platform. Responsibilities include owning customer relationships, driving expansion and upsell opportunities, leading implementations and go-lives, providing technical fraud and compliance advisory, monitoring performance KPIs, and partnering with solutions, data, engineering, and product teams. The role requires fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish, extensive B2B SaaS account management experience, and expertise in payments, fraud, crypto, or compliance within the Brazilian market.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers on requirements and hiring strategies, advising on market conditions and recruiting funnels, managing candidate experiences, and improving recruiting processes. The role requires strong knowledge of B2B SaaS hiring, data-driven recruiting, ATS tools, People Operations, and fast-paced startup environments.
