Own and deliver polished, accessible, high-performance frontend experiences using React and TypeScript. Set frontend technical standards, mentor engineers, use AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to product roadmaps. Build backend services and APIs in Go as needed, collaborate with stakeholders, document user-facing products, and help shape engineering culture and quality.

Lead client onboarding and end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, manage implementation timelines and risks, support customers, maintain API and SDK documentation, analyze SQL and JSON data, build internal automation tools, and provide product feedback to internal teams.

Leads Sardine’s global Talent and People function, managing recruiting, People Operations, HR business partnering, headcount planning, leadership hiring, employee relations, compensation, performance systems, and compliance. This hands-on player-coach role builds scalable talent processes, develops the recruiting and HR team, advises executives and managers, and personally handles strategic hiring and complex people matters.
