Lead frontend design and delivery of AI product experiences using React and TypeScript, mentor engineers, set frontend standards, use AI-assisted tooling, and contribute to backend services in Go and product roadmaps.

Own new business sales for Sardine’s crypto vertical, targeting exchanges, wallets, custodians, on/off-ramps, stablecoin issuers, and blockchain ecosystems. Build pipeline through conferences and industry relationships, lead multi-stakeholder discovery, position integrated fraud and compliance solutions, and structure and close complex multi-module platform deals. The role requires crypto-specific buyer relationships, fluency in AML, KYC/KYB, and sanctions, collaboration with executives and Solutions Engineering, and frequent travel to conferences and client sites.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts for a fraud, payments, and compliance platform. Responsibilities include owning customer relationships, driving expansion and upsell opportunities, leading implementations and go-lives, providing technical fraud and compliance advisory, monitoring performance KPIs, and partnering with solutions, data, engineering, and product teams. The role requires fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish, extensive B2B SaaS account management experience, and expertise in payments, fraud, crypto, or compliance within the Brazilian market.
