Supports inside sales and office administration by managing documentation, scheduling, correspondence, records, and departmental coordination. Assists with email campaigns, marketing activities, CRM database maintenance, email scheduling, campaign reporting, and marketing materials. The role requires strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, attention to detail, multitasking, and independent work capabilities.

Support 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and additive manufacturing of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. Prepare prints (orientation, supports, slicing), manage production workflows, validate fit with clinicians, maintain digital asset/version control, troubleshoot printers, implement QC, and train clinical staff. Attend clinics and industry events to drive adoption and iterate designs.
