Assist lead teacher with lesson and unit planning, classroom management, small-group instruction, and grade-level collaboration. Support parent/teacher conferences and reporting, supervise lunch/dismissal/recess, and oversee after-school activities. Foster studentssocial, emotional, and cognitive development with a creative, flexible approach.

Lead and grow SAR's alumni community by setting engagement strategy, designing events and programs, cultivating alumni philanthropy and volunteer leaders, optimizing CRM-driven outreach, and collaborating with Development to strengthen lifelong connections and institutional pride.

Support the head teacher in lesson and unit planning, classroom management, and small-group instruction. Help prepare for parent/teacher conferences and reports, collaborate with grade-level teams on special programs, and share non-classroom duties (lunch, dismissal, recess). Supervise the after-school 'Beyond the Bell' program and foster students' social, emotional, and cognitive development.
