Provides day-to-day technical support for local and remote employees, troubleshooting hardware and software on Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android devices. Manages inventory, assets, shipping, passwords, file security, system rollouts, network equipment, phones, teleconference equipment, and data center support. Creates technical documentation, communicates with technical and nontechnical users, and completes initiatives independently. This is an on-site Austin role with occasional optional travel to another Austin office.

Participate in structured SAP training, learn business processes and assigned SAP modules, complete hands-on exercises, support documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and project scenarios. Work with senior SAP consultants while developing consulting skills across modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, BW, Datasphere, and BTP. The program targets fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience.

Develops aircraft wiring system requirements, architectures, interfaces, schematics, and harness designs using Mentor Graphics Capital and CHS. Coordinates drawing releases with systems, routing, installation, suppliers, and manufacturing teams. Supports aircraft integration, testing, troubleshooting, qualification, certification, and military standards compliance. Requires onsite work, an electrical engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.
