The Director of People and Culture will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, development, culture building, workforce planning, succession planning, HR operations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and people analytics. The role will create scalable recruitment and HR strategies to support growth from 30 to 100 employees across Canada and the United States, while partnering with executives and hiring managers to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Develop and execute Sapling’s marketing strategy to support business growth, including brand positioning, content, campaigns, market research, lead nurturing, digital channels, budget allocation, and performance measurement. The role manages vendors, mentors marketing staff, collaborates with leadership and sales, and builds differentiated messaging for professional services audiences.

Analyze, extract, clean, and model large datasets from multiple systems; build data warehouses and predictive models; create financial analyses, dashboards, and client reporting; implement and monitor models with client teams; support client relationships and contribute to proposals and marketing as needed.
