This role involves supporting clients in financial services with a focus on banking modules, learning technical skills through structured onboarding, and mentoring.

Lead revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS, and professional services across 20 countries. Manage month/quarter/year close, prepare IFRS and HGB financial statements, consolidate group reporting, maintain accounting policies and controls, prepare technical memos, support audits, and drive process automation and system improvements.

Serve as strategic partner for financial steering and performance management. Deliver complex financial analyses, provide recommendations to senior leadership, lead projects, optimize controlling processes, own planning and reporting cycles, support month-end P&L closing, and create complex financial models to turn data into actionable insights.
