Manage regional and national accounts to promote myopia management programs. Build relationships with opticians, pediatric ophthalmology clinics, school nurses; coordinate with country managers; support key account managers; ensure compliance, collect market and safety/quality insights, and drive sales and promotional activities across Nordic markets.

Prepare monthly closings, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory ledgers; perform financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting; support internal controls and GAAP technical positions; liaise with tax advisors and external accounting providers; and provide ad hoc accounting support to the Finance Senior Manager.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Finland sales organization, coordinating customer communications, events, vendor and HCP agreements, marketing localization, compliance processes, and sample reporting. Manage purchase orders and invoices in Coupa and support use of compliance systems while ensuring smooth internal coordination and timely execution of sales-related activities.
