Manages Iberia office operations, customer and channel support, purchasing, supplier and contract administration, invoices, workplace services, employee onboarding, IT assets, fleet, corporate cards, and executive support. Coordinates with customers, suppliers, internal teams, HR, IT, and leadership to resolve operational issues, maintain compliance, optimize costs, and deliver an effective employee and customer experience.

Manages Santen Italy’s pharmacy, e-retail, and wholesale accounts; develops channel strategies, negotiates deals, executes account plans, achieves sales and profitability targets, tracks KPIs, and collaborates with marketing to commercialize ophthalmology products.

Supports EMEA Quality Assurance digital communication initiatives by optimizing SharePoint user experience, conducting usability assessments, creating visual content, integrating Power BI dashboards, improving digital QMS solutions, and exploring AI-enabled workplace tools. Collaborates with Quality Assurance, IT, Communications, and Operational Excellence stakeholders to improve employee engagement, communication, and visibility of quality initiatives.
