Oversee signal detection, benefit-risk evaluations, safety documents (RMP, PSUR, DSUR, CCDS), post-marketing studies, SOPs, GSVEM coordination, publications, audits and cross-functional global stakeholder collaboration.

Promote ophthalmology pharmaceutical products across Bangkok, manage complex territories, build relationships with physicians, KOLs, and strategic accounts, deliver compliant product presentations, analyze territory performance, maintain CRM data, support customer events, and provide product and market expertise to junior colleagues. The role requires accurate sales reporting and adherence to company policies, local regulations, SOPs, and ethical standards.

Support Product Supply Transformation by collecting and analyzing supply/demand and capacity data, creating KPI and meeting materials, contributing to PSNS strategy and execution, managing BCE processes for manufacturing site decisions, and proposing process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within defined scope.
