Provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave, contracts, offboarding, HR inquiries, and manager guidance. Maintains accurate HR records, supports local compliance and government reporting in Korea and the Philippines, manages HR vendors, and contributes to headcount planning, engagement activities, process improvements, and HR technology rollouts. Collaborates with regional HR teams and promotes self-service tools.

Develop and execute pharmaceutical marketing and lifecycle strategies for an ophthalmology therapeutic area. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and patient journey assessments; shape brand positioning; manage integrated campaigns; achieve revenue, market share, and profitability KPIs; and collaborate with healthcare professionals, patient groups, KOLs, and regulatory stakeholders.

Develop and execute external communications strategies across EMEA, leading media relations, executive visibility, disease awareness, corporate storytelling, and reputation management. Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, country teams, and global communications colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns. Manage agencies and external stakeholders, translate scientific topics into compelling communications, monitor media impact, and improve share of voice across international markets.
