Lead governance and development of Santander Private Banking Switzerland's investment platform. Support product committee processes, manage product lifecycle, ensure FINMA/FinSA compliance, coordinate investment governance and distribution quality, drive commercial insights and reporting, and partner with Compliance, Risk and Global CIO to align regulatory requirements with business objectives.
