401(K)
Santander offers a 401(k) plan with a 6% Santander company match. Employees can make pre-tax contributions, Roth contributions, after-tax contributions or a combination of all three to their 401(k).
401(K) matching
Santander matches 100% of the amount contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay, of pre-tax and Roth contributions. Amounts employees and Santander contribute are 100% vested.

Dental insurance
Santander offers the choice of two dental plans: the Basic Dental Plan and the Buy-up Dental Plan. Orthodontia for all ages is available through the Buy-up Plan.

Santander automatically provides company paid short-term disability benefits of 100% of salary for 8 weeks and company paid long-term disability benefits at 60% of salary, up to a maximum monthly $20k

Generous PTO
PTO can range from 18 to 30 days depending on the role, and is in addition to the holidays Santander observes. Santander additionally provides Volunteer, Diversity and Development PTO.

All regular employees who have completed at least six months of service are eligible to receive Development PTO hours: eight hours for full-time employees and four hours for part-time employees.
