Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

Santander offers a 401(k) plan with a 6% Santander company match. Employees can make pre-tax contributions, Roth contributions, after-tax contributions or a combination of all three to their 401(k).

Offers disability insurance

Santander automatically provides company paid short-term disability benefits of 100% of salary for 8 weeks and company paid long-term disability benefits at 60% of salary, up to a maximum monthly $20k

Offers charitable contribution matching

Through the Employee Giving Program, Santander matches personal employee contributions to eligible nonprofits up to $1,000 USD per employee, per program year – doubling the impact of their donations

Provides 401(K) matching

Santander matches 100% of the amount contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay, of pre-tax and Roth contributions. Amounts employees and Santander contribute are 100% vested.
