Provide comprehensive geriatric primary care within a Patient Centered Medical Home, including diagnosis/treatment, continuity of care, charting, lab/referral follow-up, supervision of NPs/PAs, QA/chart review, participation in meetings, and adherence to PCMH, quality, and compliance standards.

The Staff Physician will provide comprehensive primary care and obstetrical services, manage a prenatal panel, and oversee Family Medicine Residents, while supporting organizational initiatives and quality care standards in a busy clinic setting.

The IDD Provider delivers primary care to patients with neurodevelopmental disabilities, ensuring comprehensive care and collaboration with other professionals. He or she participates in quality assurance and actively supports patient-centered services.
