Supports nurses and clinic coordinators with non-clinical patient care and clinic management functions. Duties include processing refill requests, tracking mammograms and health maintenance indicators, routing labs, assisting with case management, completing authorization requests, updating patient records and resources, coordinating documentation, and communicating with patients, pharmacies, providers, and community services. The role requires medical assistant certification, CPR certification, strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and potentially bilingual Spanish-English fluency.

Support nursing and clinic coordinators with non-clinical patient care tasks including refill processing, tracking mammograms and health maintenance reports, reassigning labs, scanning/faxing, case management support, prior authorizations, maintaining community resources, and patient/provider communication.

Provide clinical leadership and support to the Medical Director and clinic teams, improve clinic systems and access to care, mentor and manage clinicians, use data (Epic, OCHIN, Signal) to monitor performance and equity, participate in quality improvement and cross-site committees, and assist with recruitment and operational problem-solving.
