Performs tree climbing, pruning, removal, rigging, aerial safety, and equipment operation for commercial landscape projects. Maintains chainsaws and other equipment, follows ISA and ANSI safety standards, works in varied weather, and meets production and quality expectations. The role requires at least three years of verified tree-climbing experience, personal climbing equipment, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and availability for emergency callouts, weekends, Fridays when needed, and monsoon storm season.

Lead Phoenix operations, operational leaders, and multiple teams while owning revenue, margins, forecasting, overhead, KPIs, customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and service excellence. Build accountable teams, develop leaders, allocate resources, solve operational challenges, enforce processes, and partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to support growth.

Manage a portfolio of landscape and horticultural clients, maintaining relationships, resolving concerns, promoting property enhancements, coordinating site visits, and ensuring service quality. The role is responsible for customer communication, revenue and profitability goals, contract renewals, enhancement sales, and estimates. Candidates need at least three years of landscape industry account management experience, strong communication and organization skills, conflict management ability, sound judgment, and independent leadership.
