Provide trauma-focused individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices (Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care) to address PTSD, violence, addiction, grief, anger, and family issues; deliver brief interventions, crisis management, clinical care coordination, documentation, trainings, and program data collection.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics, coordinate hiring events. Support onboarding, pre-employment checks, I-9 verification, new hire orientation, and HR compliance. Promote employer brand, build community partnerships, and improve recruiting and onboarding processes.

Lead and manage clinical services for residential behavioral health programs, supervising clinical staff, ensuring documentation compliance, clinical quality, regulatory adherence, training, and coordination of treatment and program performance. Provide clinical consultation, participate in audits, support licensing/contract readiness, and represent clinical services in leadership meetings.
