Leads the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, grant and contract compliance, cash reconciliation, budgeting, and audit coordination. The Controller supervises accounting staff, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, strengthens financial processes, prepares reports for executive leadership and the Board, supports forecasting and strategic decisions, and serves as the primary liaison for external auditors and funders.

Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of training or educational coordination experience, a valid New Mexico driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of early childhood development.
