Teams at Santa Fe Opera

Supports an opera company’s artistic operations through administrative coordination, artist contracts, visa petition documentation, onboarding, payroll, auditions, travel logistics, ticket requests, events, files, and departmental reporting. Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors, researches artistic personnel, maintains music library records, and assists with productions and seasonal personnel. Requires flexibility for nights and weekends during the performance season, occasional chaperone duties, and routine driving.

Provide campus security by monitoring phones, gates, and alarm systems; perform hourly patrols; respond to incidents and alarms; observe departures to prevent theft; prepare detailed incident and log reports; operate radios, mobile devices, and company vehicles; work flexible shifts including weekends and occasional on-call or overtime.
