Support the Comptroller/CFO in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable, expense reporting, reconciliations, audits, P-Card and travel reimbursement programs, supervise AP staff, prepare financial reports and analyses, recommend process improvements, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Process and evaluate incoming transcripts and external credit, determine course equivalencies, update student academic records, communicate with departments and students, maintain databases, prepare reports, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with college policies (FERPA). May supervise support staff and participate in college activities.

Teach and develop accounting coursework at a community college, deliver instruction in person and online, assess student learning, maintain records and office hours, participate in curriculum development, committees, and college service, and comply with FERPA and college policies.
