Supports digital, print, web, social media, email, and blog marketing execution for an animal shelter. Coordinates content creation, creative assets, website updates, analytics reporting, brand consistency, vendor communications, and outreach event support. Collaborates with internal departments and external partners to manage timelines, approvals, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Manage a portfolio of 100–150 major-gift prospects to cultivate, solicit, and steward five- to seven-figure gifts; prepare proposals and impact reports; collaborate with leadership, board, and program staff; support planned giving and campaign initiatives; maintain CRM records and meet fundraising goals.

Assist veterinarians with medical and surgical care, intake and data entry, diagnostics, radiographs, vaccinations, animal restraint, and clinic/kennel sanitation. Support Medical Director ~10-20% with scheduling, inventory, process updates, and corrective actions. Educate public on animal health and promote humane care and shelter policies.

Assist veterinarians with medical and surgical treatment, intakes, diagnostics, radiographs, vaccinations, restraint, clinic and kennel cleanliness, public education, and occasional administrative tasks (scheduling, inventory, process updates).

Part-time sales associate supporting visual merchandising, customer service, donation intake, and sales at a thrift/resale store. Maintain upscale merchandising standards, communicate with donors/volunteers/customers, be cross-trained on store practices, work weekends/holidays, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have retail experience and basic computer proficiency.
