Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market broker partners generating €100k–€500k ARR. Responsibilities include account growth planning, partner success, retention and churn prevention, training and enablement, performance governance, forecasting, CRM management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role serves as the primary business partner for broker decision-makers and drives revenue growth, conversion, activation, and long-term partner performance.

Provide legal counsel within the Finance Department, including monitoring national, European, and international regulations; drafting client, supplier, and partner contracts; preparing legal notes, tender responses, and general terms; developing compliance processes; and advising operational teams on insurance and regulatory matters.
