Provide in-person mobile crisis assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Responsibilities include de-escalation, crisis planning, treatment planning, emergency petition determinations, psychiatric evaluation referrals, client and family education, community referrals, documentation, and coordination with police, fire departments, and other agencies. The role requires varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Provide direct support and compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live more independently. Opportunities include residential, day program, community, personal support, administrative, HR, recruitment, and employment roles. Candidates must meet education, age, driving, vehicle, screening, and communication requirements. Paid training and career growth are available.

Leads Sante’s fundraising strategy and development function across Maryland. Responsibilities include securing government, foundation, corporate, individual, and planned gifts; writing grants and donor communications; building donor and partner relationships; establishing development systems and reporting; managing staff and consultants; and partnering with executive leadership and the Board on stewardship and philanthropic growth.
