Leads the IT team and oversees technology operations across 18 offices. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft infrastructure, networks, hardware, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, helpdesk escalations, vendors, budgets, and IT projects. The manager administers Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, develops Power Automate workflows, supports EHR systems, ensures HIPAA compliance, maintains policies and risk assessments, and trains staff. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, technical leadership, and up to 50% travel.
