Drives revenue growth across UK financial services accounts through consultative enterprise sales, strategic account planning, executive relationship management, complex negotiations, and full-cycle commercial execution. The role positions SANS cybersecurity training and workforce development solutions with banks, insurers, asset managers, FinTechs, and payment providers. Responsibilities include pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, RFP leadership, procurement navigation, customer onboarding, executive reviews, cross-selling, market intelligence, and achievement of revenue targets.

Drive revenue growth across Tier 2-4 UK & Ireland commercial accounts by managing relationships, generating and qualifying sales opportunities, converting inbound leads, promoting SANS training and certifications, maintaining Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, supporting events and tenders, and achieving regional sales targets.

Leads EMEA finance strategy, planning, forecasting, reporting, compliance, controls, risk management, and finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Partners with the CFO, regional leaders, global finance teams, and external advisors to provide commercial insight and governance. Oversees statutory, tax, payroll, and regulatory matters; drives process improvement and ERP migration; and leads development of the regional finance team.
