Leads cloud, on-premise, B2B, API, and event-driven integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems; guides iFlow development, establishes security and governance standards, and migrates legacy SAP PO integrations to cloud-native platforms. The role also manages vendors and consultants, supports multinational stakeholders, and enables scalable, secure data exchange for SAP S/4HANA and external applications.

Handles inbound and outbound customer contact activities, including order fulfillment inquiries, product and service information, marketing campaigns, complaints, returns, and technical support for multimedia products. The role also verifies customer data, conducts market research, promotes new products and campaigns, and invites customers to meetings while following procedures and supervisor instructions.
