Requires occasional travel for customer meetings, team summits, and special projects.

Leads Sanofi’s Type 2 Immunology research strategy across preclinical and translational programs. Identifies therapeutic targets, oversees disease biology and mechanism-of-action studies, advances biomarker strategies, and translates research findings into clinical development plans. The role guides portfolio prioritization, external collaborations, publication strategy, and scientific representation while leading and developing a high-performing research team. It requires deep inflammatory biology expertise, drug discovery experience, strong scientific leadership, and extensive pharmaceutical research experience.

Manages end-to-end customer fulfillment operations for biopharmaceutical products, including short-term stock management, order prioritization, shortage mitigation, backorders, product launches, warehouse and 3PL coordination, customer communications, and fulfillment analytics. Oversees outsourced order-to-cash activities, monitors KPIs, conducts root-cause analysis, supports process improvements, and collaborates with planning, distribution, transportation, quality, trade, and customer engagement teams.
