Lead design and delivery of enterprise talent initiatives (internal mobility, leadership acceleration, succession, upskilling). Partner with stakeholders and People Business Partners, cascade global programs locally, analyze people data for insights, and collaborate with Learning, TA, and Rewards to build pipelines and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.

Manage Gross-to-Net (GTN) reserve, budgeting and forecasting; provide financial analysis for GTN programs, pricing and market access; present monthly brand performance to leadership; align forecasts with cash flow and CI2C; drive process improvements, automation, and harmonization across GTN CoE and business partners.

Lead strategic relationships with wholesalers, specialty distributors, and pharmacies to negotiate contracts, manage distribution and supply chain, support product launches, and drive access and revenue. Develop account plans, lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance and compliance, and resolve distribution or contractual issues to optimize patient access.
