Manages Credit Department projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and communications. Develops project plans, status reports, dashboards, process documentation, and decision logs; facilitates meetings and follow-up. Supports requirements coordination, testing, training readiness, change management, technology implementations, process improvements, and post-launch activities while aligning cross-functional teams and Credit leadership.

Supports product and category marketing strategy, campaign execution, content development, cross-functional coordination, customer and competitive insight analysis, campaign optimization, and brand-standard alignment. The role helps deliver consistent customer-focused messaging, develops marketing assets and communications, monitors performance, and provides recommendations to support product awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Build and prepare warehouse restock and pulling carts by separating products from pallets, following shipping requirements, and using voice/RF systems and Dynamics. Move products with pallet jacks or hand trucks, relocate inventory, meet deadlines, and follow standard procedures. The role requires physical lifting, repetitive movement, basic math and literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
