Drives patient growth and membership enrollment through community outreach, relationship management, lead generation, and referral partnerships. Builds relationships with brokers, employers, community organizations, and referral sources; represents Sanitas at events; conducts presentations and prospecting; educates prospective patients; tracks leads and conversions in CRM systems; and collaborates with marketing, clinical, operations, and patient experience teams. Frequent travel and flexible evening or weekend schedules are required.

Drives patient growth and membership enrollment by building relationships with insurance brokers, employers, community organizations, and referral sources. Conducts outreach, cold calls, presentations, networking, health fairs, and educational events; generates and tracks leads in CRM systems; supports conversion to active patients; and maintains outreach and performance reports. Partners with marketing, operations, patient experience, and clinical teams while representing Sanitas in the local community.

Plans, develops, delivers, and evaluates operational training for administrative and front-desk healthcare staff. Manages onboarding, EMR and workflow education, refresher sessions, train-the-trainer programs, training materials, quality assurance, and learning schedules across multiple locations. Partners with operational departments and executives, identifies training needs and super users, supports training-environment testing, tracks KPIs, and reports progress. Frequent nationwide travel is required for onsite training and implementation support.
