Provides high-volume telephone customer service for patients and community partners. Registers patients, gathers demographics, verifies benefits, quotes out-of-pocket costs, documents inquiries, follows scripts and protocols, assists with medical records requests, protects PHI under HIPAA, and conducts post-visit follow-up calls. Coordinates with facility teams and routes customer needs appropriately.

Supervises clinical nursing operations at a freestanding outpatient emergency medicine facility. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, overseeing training, quality audits, protocols, equipment, inventory, medications, regulatory surveys, hiring, and clinical workflow. The manager also performs Registered Nurse duties, supports facility leadership, participates in employee health initiatives, and travels between local facilities to cover shifts.

Perform diagnostic general and vascular sonographic imaging, prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment, optimize and analyze images, document procedures, collaborate with radiologists, ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, and provide compassionate patient care.
